How do event galleries work?
After the event, images are uploaded to an online gallery where riders can view and purchase their favourite moments. Images are presented as preview proofs, and purchased images are individually edited and delivered digitally.
Are the images edited?
Yes. Images shown in the gallery are lightly corrected previews to help you make your selection. Once purchased, each image is individually finished with care in my signature style.
How long does it take to receive my images?
Final high-resolution digital images are delivered within 2 business days of purchase via email.
What do I receive when I purchase a digital image?
You will receive a high-resolution digital file suitable for personal printing and sharing on your personal social media accounts.

Can I share my images on social media?
Absolutely ! Purchased images may be shared on personal social media accounts. I kindly ask that no filters or additional edits are applied, and that credit is given to @helenjamanequinephotography when sharing.
What does “personal use” mean?
Personal use includes printing for yourself, sharing on personal social media, and keeping the images for your own enjoyment. Commercial, promotional, or business use is not included unless a separate licence has been arranged.
I’m sponsored / run a business — can I still use the images?
If you’d like to use an image for sponsorship, business, promotional, or commercial purposes, please get in touch and I’ll be happy to help arrange the appropriate licensing.
Do you offer private event coverage?
Yes. Private event coverage is available for riders who would like dedicated, uninterrupted photography at an event. Please contact me to discuss availability and coverage options.
Can images be refunded or exchanged?
Due to the nature of digital products, all digital downloads are non-refundable once purchased. Please take a moment to ensure you’re happy with your selections before completing your order.
